Our professional team are passionate about service excellence and we believe in building long-lasting business partnerships with all our clients. We take pride in our after-sales service as down time is not an option for our customers, therefore we will provide you with a full service and maintenance plan at no extra cost. We believe that down time is not an option for our customers.
Our promise to you is if our qualified technician cannot repair a machine within 24 hours of reported downtime, we will replace your machine at no extra cost to you.
In addition, you have the option to utilise one of Goscor Cleaning Equipment’s experienced machine operators to avoid extra expenses on training and employment.
